Addiction Rewards Terms & Conditions

Top Dogs and Elite Cats are loyalty programs run by Addiction. Stamps are tracked digitally against your customer account with us, so there's no physical card to keep. The terms for each program are below.

Top Dogs (dogs)

The Top Dogs rewards program is for Addiction Dry Dog Food purchases only. For each bag purchased, you will earn one stamp. Upon earning your fifth stamp, you will receive free treats and once you've collected ten stamps your eleventh bag will be free, matching the smallest size and flavour of your previous purchases.

Elite Cats (cats)

The Elite Cats rewards program is for Addiction Dry Cat Food purchases only. For each bag purchased, you will earn one stamp. Upon reaching your fifth stamp, you will receive free cans and once you've collected ten stamps, your eleventh bag will be free, matching the smallest size and flavour of your previous purchases.

Both programs

To keep your stamps valid, please make sure the customer details on your account with us are complete and up to date. Stamps are valid for 18 months from when you start collecting. Addiction reserves the right to modify or terminate these loyalty programs at any time. In the event of product unavailability, a substitute of equal value may be offered.
